Vegan Leadership Accelerator (VLA) is the ultimate system to help you overcome limiting beliefs, reduce your anxiety, and build confidence and leadership skills as a vegan so you can create a life full of opportunities to make an impact on the world.

Each week you’ll receive a new course module that will provide you with an experiential, results-focused lesson.

Each course module includes life design templates, blueprints, and activities created by Meredith to get you unstuck and into action mode. This isn’t the type of course you’ll watch and implement later. You’ll be adding tools to your “toolbox” each week and start noticing transformation in your mindset and daily life right away. 

VLA graduates have reported that, after completing the 12 week course, they:

• Now wake up with hope and motivation, with more clarity on the role they play in creating positive change in the world.
  
  
• Have a feeling of control over the direction of their life and confidence that they are living with purpose, with the tools to take action toward any goal they create.
  
  
• Experience a friendly inner world, with the skills to clear unhelpful thoughts, respond to their own limiting beliefs, and work through fears and anxieties, no longer letting them have a hold over their ability to take action.
  
  
• Have a personalized plan to move forward on their social change ideas, whether entrepreneurial, project-based, community centered, or activism related, and have found a way to thrive while doing what they love.
  
  
• Feel comfortable and confident talking about veganism, sharing their story with friends, family, and strangers, and setting boundaries that make them feel authentic in their vegan self.
